We are excited to announce the Pittsburgh Opera's historic production of Norma featuring Leah Crocetto in her staged role debut. The role of Norma has long been considered one of the most grueling and challenging in all of opera, one that this rising star can undoubtedly accomplish.

The masterpiece, written by Felice Romani, returns to Pittsburgh Opera for the first time since 1997. Crocetto returns to Pittsburgh for the first time since her acclaimed Tosca in 2017, another role in which the soprano shined. Leah Crocetto sings alongside is Jennifer Johnson Cano singing the role of Adalgisa, José Bros as Pollione, and Oren Gradus as Oroveso.
The production opens on April 25, 2020 and closes on May 3, 2020.
Music Director Antony Walker conducts while Stephanie Havey directs.
