In the category of opera, the South Bank Sky Arts Awards recognized the achievement of the English National Opera (ENO).
The ENO received the esteemed award for its outstanding rendition of "The Rhinegold," skillfully directed by Richard Jones.
Outshining other notable productions, including "Violet" at the Britten Pears Arts and Music Theatre Wales for the Aldeburgh Festival, as well as "The Makropulos Affair" at the Welsh National Opera, the ENO emerged victorious.
